We LOVE our volunteer coaches! Come join the team and inspire young athletes! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED -- we will provide all training, equipment & support!!

Coaches commit to attending one weeknight practice per week and one game each Saturday. FC Richmond will provide all the training you need at one of our coaches clinics, as well as equipment, scheduling, and access to your team using the excellent PlayMetrics software.

Volunteer Rec Coaches Early Bird Discounts on registration            (through June 20th, 2025):

Head Coaches receive $100 OFF registration fees for each player whose team they volunteer to head coach

Assistant Coaches receive $50 OFF registration fees for each player whose team they volunteer to assistant coach

When you register your player, you will be asked if you would like to volunteer to head coach or assistant coach your child's team -- coaching discount will be automatically taken from your child's registration fees!

*If you have already registered your player and would like to volunteer to coach, please email Sara at recreation@fcrichmond and we will help connect the dots and get you your discount in a refund or credit!

*if you cannot attend on the date assigned for your division (NORTH or SOUTH), you may attend on the alternate date/time!
