Recreational Soccer is primarily devoted to the development of youth soccer players.
FC Richmond is a family-oriented soccer club that provides an opportunity to play organized soccer at the recreational, developmental and competitive levels for players at ages 3 – 19 years old. We offer challenging programs that place the focus on the development of the whole player within a team environment.
FC Richmond is committed to providing the best technical and tactical overall athletic development for each individual player while offering players, their families and coaches an enjoyable soccer experience. U4 Developmental Track - Soccer for 3 Year Olds
Our U4 NORTH Clinics are designed to ignite a passion for the beautiful game of soccer from an early age. At the heart of our program is a focus on basic skills development, emphasizing body movement and coordination in a fun and energetic environment. Through age-appropriate activities, we aim to enhance not only their soccer abilities but also their social skills, teamwork, and overall physical literacy.

Clinics will be held on Saturday mornings on the following dates in Fall 2025:
September 13th, 20th, 27th (Picture Day!), October 4th, 11th, 18th (Oct 25th will be our makeup day if any clinics are missed due to inclement weather)
Introduction to soccer in a nurturing environment. Sessions are designed to promote personal growth and development. Social benefits from a sports learning atmosphere which better prepares them for the next level. Players learn parts of the field, soccer moves, and the language of the game. Professional coaches lead the sessions. Each player will receive an FC Richmond jersey and socks.
Players will need size #3 soccer ball, cleats, shin guards, shorts & water bottle at each practice!

U5 - U12 teams train once per week and play in-house with other FC Richmond teams primarily on Saturdays.

Please use this chart to line up your child's birth year with his/her soccer specific age group. The age group categories span a year from January to December of the same year. Your child will be in the same age group for the entire SOCCER year FALL of one year followed by SPRING of the next year. All children in the age group will move up together in the next FALL season.
The FALL season runs from late August thru early November
